Leicester City secured their maiden Premier League Title with 2 games to spare following 2nd placed Tottenham's 2-2 draw at Chelsea.
Leicester became the 6th team to claim the Premier League Trophy After Man United, Blackburn Rovers, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City.
